Description |

Shank is a side-scrolling beat ’em up with a comic book art style and a Tarantino film feel. In the game the player controls Shank, an ex-mob hitman seeking revenge against his old mob boss for murdering his girlfriend. Shank aims to accomplish this with an arsenal of weapons that includes knives, heavy melee weapons, and firearms that combine into slick combos with beautifully brutal attacks.

I started at Klei a little later in the production cycle of Shank and spent a lot of time implementing, tuning, and testing features in the game as the majority of the design ground work had already been completed.
